1. Services
Seonica Creations provides 3D printing, additive manufacturing, and electronics manufacturing services. All orders are subject to review and acceptance at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline orders that violate applicable laws or our quality standards.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed quote and advance payment (as specified in your quote). Prices are valid for 14 days from the date of quote issue. We are not liable for delays caused by design file issues or late material approvals by the customer.
3. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all design files you submit. By submitting a file, you confirm that you have the right to manufacture it and that the design does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Seonica Creations will not reproduce your designs for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
4. Quality & Returns
We aim for parts that meet the agreed specification. If a part is non-conforming due to our error, we will reprint or refund at no additional cost. We do not accept returns for parts where the issue arises from the customer's design file.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of parts manufactured by us.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mohali, Punjab.
